Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
Seeking a Certified Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams in a secure, cloud-based modernization environment, the full-time role will coach teams in Scrum and SAFe practices, facilitate productive events, and drive the removal of impediments while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach team members in self-management, cross-functionality, and sustainable delivery
- Facilitate Scrum events to ensure they are purposeful, productive, and focused on inspection and adaptation
- Identify and drive the removal of impediments, dependencies, and organizational barriers
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- 7+ years of professional experience in Agile delivery, facilitation, or team coaching
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoW-approved baseline cybersecurity certification, or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of starting
