Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To facilitate agile delivery for Integrated Teams, the remote Certified Scrum Master will manage day-to-day operations, organize development activities, and ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodology while collaborating closely with Government Product Owners.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate planning and production activities for Integrated Teams, ensuring alignment with the Government's agile strategy
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, maintaining team accountability and rhythm
- Work with Government Product Owners to manage the product backlog and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery
Required qualifications
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience considered
- Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required at time of hire
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile team lead on DoD or Federal IT programs
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners
