Job Summary
Facilitating Agile ceremonies and processes in a hybrid delivery environment, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will support disciplined delivery by removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and partnering with the Product Manager to ensure backlog readiness and work-commitment integrity, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, Kanban board management, and Waterfall-aligned status checkpoints tailored to each team's methodology
- Remove delivery impediments and manage dependencies to keep project delivery on track
- Support backlog readiness and work-commitment integrity across various workstreams in partnership with the Product Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Facilitator on software delivery or technology projects
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience managing project budget, scope, and risk
- Demonstrated experience facilitating delivery in hybrid environments that blend Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
