Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the full-time remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach development teams in Scrum practices, and drive continuous process improvements for public health information technology projects.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coach and support development teams to achieve sprint goals and Program Increment Objectives
- Track team progress, identify impediments, and proactively address risks impacting delivery
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving Agile teams
- Experience with Agile project management tools, including JIRA and Confluence
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and release planning
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
