Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Sr. Scrum Master will coach technical teams in Agile methodologies, facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, and manage expectations with multiple Product Owners while supporting the modernization of case management systems for federal civilian agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Establish goals and plans to meet Program Increment (PI) objectives
- Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups and Sprint Planning
- Coach teams on Agile concepts and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least five (5+) years of experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP)
- Experience in software development or within a software development organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-tempo environment
