Job Summary
Facilitating Agile practices for a remote team, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will guide Scrum ceremonies, coach team members, and collaborate with product management to ensure effective project delivery while being required to be onsite once a month in Lancaster, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates and timeboxes Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure productive outcomes
- Coaches team members and stakeholders on Agile frameworks and business agility
- Collaborates with Product Management to align product strategy with development efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business Analysis roles
- 2+ years in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification
- Experience with workflow tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
