Job Summary
To enable high-performing delivery teams, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, proactively remove impediments, and coach teams on agile principles in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and outcome-oriented
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments while managing dependencies across teams
- Coach teams on Scrum values and foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile facilitator with a delivery team
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Scrum principles and agile values
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools
- Ability to support one to two teams of moderate complexity through full sprint cycles
