Job Summary
Working remotely, the Certified Scrum Master will lead multiple teams in applying agile methodologies to drive product delivery and enhance collaboration, while managing project plans and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, coordinating sprints and statuses
- Lead backlog planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to monitor project progress and resolve team issues
- Facilitate improvements in practices and processes within teams while adhering to Agile methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of SDLC
- Proactive planner and risk mitigator
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or as a Scrum Master on IT projects
- Scrum Master certification (SAFe or XP)
