Job Summary
Coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies, the remote Scrum Master will manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk escalation while ensuring adherence to SAFe 6.0 practices.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain current sprint backlogs, impediments, risks, and Agile metrics in VA Jira
- Coach the team and Product Owner on SAFe 6.0 practices and support PI Planning activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
- Experience with a SAFe Agile Release Train
- Proficiency in Jira administration for sprint boards and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required
