Job Summary
To support the successful delivery of quality solutions, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will coach and guide both technical and non-technical teams in agile practices while working remotely, hybrid, or onsite in Kansas or Missouri.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective team processes
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office to align team-level processes with organizational objectives and promote continuous improvement
- Coach team members on BCBSKS standard work management processes, fostering a culture of self-organization and accountability
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master required
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required
- Experience in business analysis, system design, programming, and testing techniques preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative planning techniques
