Job Summary
To enhance product development, the full-time remote Certified Scrum Product Owner will manage the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gather requirements to create user stories for the scrum team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories to ensure clarity for the development team
- Engage in Scrum ceremonies and facilitate decision-making to prevent ambiguity and ensure timely progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and negotiate trade-offs based on business and customer value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with proven leadership in Scrum teams
- In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about their impact on product development
- Certified Scrum Product Owner within 1-1/2 years required
