Certified Virtual Medical Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting a virtual clinic, the full-time Certified Virtual Medical Assistant will manage patient preparations for physician visits, ensure smooth virtual consultations, and maintain accurate documentation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for physician visits and ensure functionality of video and audio connections
• Document medical history, medications, and conduct surveys while obtaining baseline vitals
• Handle administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, chart preparation, and patient follow-up calls

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including virtual care
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
