Certified Virtual Medical Assistant
Job Summary
Supporting a virtual clinic, the full-time Certified Virtual Medical Assistant will ensure smooth patient visits, accurate documentation, and a compassionate experience while working remotely Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare patients for physician visits and ensure functionality of video/audio connections
- Document medical histories, obtain baseline vitals, and conduct surveys as needed
- Manage administrative tasks including appointment scheduling and chart preparation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including virtual care
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
