Certified Wellness Coach
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Certified Wellness Coach will establish relationships with seniors and their caregivers, delivering wellness coaching and insights while working 100% remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver informed customer communications based on insights from customer profiles and wellness data
- Coach seniors and caregivers in setting and achieving wellness goals while managing various forms of communication
- Analyze situations and make decisions in both emergency and routine scenarios, ensuring customer satisfaction and service metrics are met
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education or college degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment or supporting Remote Patient Monitoring solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with seniors, demonstrating patience and empathy
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
