Job Summary
Serving as the financial leader and trusted advisor for approximately 30 law firm clients, the full-time salaried CFO & Business Advisor will focus on improving pricing, margins, cash flow, and profitability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the financial leader and business advisor for approximately 30 law firms
- Review financial statements, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to support business decisions
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of finance leadership experience with small and midsized businesses, typically in the $1M-$35M+ revenue range
- Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Strong hands-on financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to help businesses improve profitability and financial performance
