Job Summary
Serving as the financial leader and trusted advisor to approximately 30 law firm owners, the full-time CFO & Business Advisor will provide strategic financial guidance, review financials, and build models and forecasts in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the financial leader and advisor for about 30 law firms
- Review financials, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build models, budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards while advising on pricing and growth strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of finance leadership experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or similar role
- Proven track record of working directly with business owners or senior leaders
- Strong hands-on skills in financial analysis, modeling, and cash flow management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
- Profit First certification is a strong plus
