Job Summary
As a full-time salaried CFO & Business Advisor, the successful candidate will provide financial leadership and advisory services to approximately 30 law firm owners, focusing on pricing, cash flow, and profitability, while working 100% remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise law firm owners on financial strategies, including pricing, margins, and cash flow management
- Build financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to support client businesses
- Manage a portfolio of clients without the need for cold calling or prospecting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, including fractional or virtual CFO roles
- Demonstrated experience advising multiple business owners or lines simultaneously
- Strong understanding of utilization, realization, capacity, and revenue metrics in professional services
- Proven track record of improving profitability, pricing, or margins
- Profit First certification or a similar financial mindset is a strong plus
