CFO Level Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients, the part-time Financial Leadership Partner CFO Level Consultant will serve as an outsourced financial leader, managing models, forecasts, and KPIs, while driving profitability and margin improvements in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, providing financial leadership and translating data into actionable decisions
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, labor efficiency, and identifying profit leaks
- Continuously enhance methodologies and tools based on client engagements to improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or an MBA
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles such as CFO, Controller, or FP&A Director
- Hands-on experience with small to mid-sized businesses generating $3M to $100M+ in revenue
- Proven track record in driving profitability improvements and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools
