To support a critical GTM transformation program, the full-time remote Change Enablement Senior Principal will own the change enablement strategy, serve as a senior spokesperson for change across GTM systems, and shape objectives for complex initiatives impacting sales and customer-facing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the change enablement strategy for the GTM transformation program, aligning with business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor for change enablement to GTM leadership and build networks for sponsorship and alignment
- Define persona-based enablement campaigns tailored to distinct GTM audiences to ensure effective messaging and training
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in change management or GTM/CRM systems enablement
- Direct exposure to enablement for GTM systems through large-scale systems or process transformation
- Expert-level knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience designing persona-based enablement campaigns and curating success stories
- Strong understanding of GTM functions and their interaction with systems and process changes
