Change Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Driving AI platform adoption through training and communication, the full-time Change Enablement Specialist will create onboarding materials, documentation, and internal communications for two enterprise AI platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create onboarding guides, FAQs, and training content for AI platforms
- Draft internal communications, manage the communications calendar, and maintain platform documentation
- Organize enablement sessions, capture feedback, and compile adoption reports
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, technical writing, or change support in a technology environment
- Excellent written English with the ability to simplify technical content
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Confluence/SharePoint, and Teams/Slack
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and AI concepts
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
