Change Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a federal client's modernization efforts, the full-time Change Enablement Specialist will develop change management plans, lead training sessions, and create communication strategies for technology rollouts while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Organizational Change Management Plan and communication strategies for modernization releases
• Lead training sessions for users, assessing needs and facilitating virtual training before and after go-live
• Write and coordinate release communications, ensuring alignment with agile release cadences and user readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in change management and communications for technology rollouts, preferably in federal IT systems
• 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating training for adult learners
• Experience in assessing change impacts and user adoption
• Knowledge of Section 508 and producing accessible documents
