Change Management Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting client adoption and operational readiness for a newly implemented federal financial tool, the full-time Change Management Analyst will work remotely to develop user-adoption strategies, coordinate communications, and manage support requests while collaborating with financial analyst SMEs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute user-adoption and change-management activities, including training support and stakeholder communications
- Serve as a central coordination point for tool users, assisting with request submissions and tracking issues
- Analyze user feedback and support trends to identify barriers and improve the user experience
Required qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of consulting experience with proven expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience in developing user-focused documentation and training materials
- Experience supporting federal agencies, preferably DHS
