Change Management Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Change Management Architect will oversee and support organizational change initiatives for a large technology client, focusing on the implementation of M365 Copilot and agentic AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies to drive employee adoption and maximize the value of investments in new technologies
• Lead the development and execution of plans that effectively manage and communicate changes across multiple customer engagements
• Provide delivery oversight across a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expected outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management with a proven track record of leading enterprise change initiatives
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience with M365 Copilot, agentic AI, or related AI-enabled business transformations
• Demonstrated ability to engage with executives and translate strategy into practical plans for delivery teams
• Experience in scoping and proposing change management initiatives, translating client needs into clear objectives and deliverables
