Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support a critical Payroll System Transition, the contract Change Management Consultant will drive change management activities, execute strategic training plans, and ensure a seamless transition from ADP to Dayforce in a remote role requiring work during PST hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead change management activities and execute a pre-written change plan for the payroll transformation project
• Facilitate training sessions and support organizational adoption of the new payroll system
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with finance professionals

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in change management within complex finance or HR systems implementations
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems, preferably with Dayforce experience or extensive ERP/payroll implementation background
• Demonstrated ability to execute change management plans and manage multiple project waves
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in change management or related roles within finance transformation projects
