Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational transformation initiatives, the remote Change Management & Communications Consultant will conduct change impact assessments, develop communication plans, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and perform Stakeholder Analysis to identify communication needs
• Develop and execute change communication plans and create engaging materials for stakeholders
• Manage multiple change and communication activities simultaneously while maintaining project timelines

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management, or Change Communications
• PROSCI certification, CCMP certification, or equivalent Change Management certification
• Hands-on experience with Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Management
• Strong ability to develop visual and executive-friendly communications
• Experience in a fast-paced project environment with competing priorities
