Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To drive business transformation, the full-time Change Management Consultant will develop continuous improvement strategies, manage merger transition activities, and implement change programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing change management strategies for programs and projects
• Work with managers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate change barriers
• Execute change management practices to improve delivery of results throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions
