Change Management Director

Job Summary

To drive effective change management within client-facing teams, the remote Head of Change Management Organizational Engagement will build and implement change management plans, coordinate communications strategies, and develop methodologies for human integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build change management plans for major enterprise initiatives affecting client-facing teams, including stakeholder assessments and readiness diagnostics
• Own the communications strategy for client-facing teams, ensuring consistent and timely messaging across concurrent initiatives
• Establish governance processes for change initiatives, defining decision rights and readiness criteria for successful implementation

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in change management or organizational effectiveness, particularly with enterprise-scale initiatives
• Direct experience leading communications strategy for large organizations, addressing both internal and client-facing audiences
• Hands-on experience with the human side of M&A integration and organizational listening mechanisms
• Strong program management skills, including scope definition and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams
• Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent expertise
