Change Management Lead
Job Summary
As a Change Management Lead, this full-time remote position will develop and execute strategies for adoption, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness activities in support of the R&D of the Future Digital Content Creation initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of digital initiatives
- Engage stakeholders through effective communication and readiness activities
- Monitor and assess change readiness and adoption metrics to ensure project success
Required qualifications
- Experience in change management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of leading change initiatives in a digital environment
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Relevant certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
- Experience with digital content creation or R&D processes is a plus
