Change Management Lead
Job Summary
To support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, the remote Change Management Lead will develop and execute change management strategies, conduct impact assessments, and implement stakeholder engagement plans to drive organizational adoption and readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct organizational impact assessments to identify risks and adoption challenges across multiple workstreams
- Create and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans to enhance awareness and support for change initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale business or technology transformations
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and adoption strategies
- Experience in conducting impact assessments and developing change readiness plans
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and program leaders
- Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar) preferred
