Job Summary
To support the R&D of the Future Digital Content Creation initiative, the remote Change Management Lead will develop and execute change management strategies, assess organizational impacts, and create stakeholder engagement plans while collaborating with program leadership and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the change management strategy
- Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Track and report change management metrics and risks
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in change management leadership
- Experience with digital transformation and business adoption programs
- Background in life sciences, R&D, or content generation initiatives
- Proci Certification
- Regulatory experience is required
