Change Management Manager
Job Summary
Driving the adoption of new Microsoft Foundry and AWS AgentCore AI platforms, the full-time Lead Change & Communication Manager will craft and implement change strategies, onboarding journeys, and communication campaigns while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end change and adoption plan for both AI platforms, including communication campaigns and stakeholder engagement
- Own the onboarding journey for teams, delivering enablement sessions, workshops, and building a community of practice
- Establish documentation standards and track adoption metrics, providing insights to leadership and guiding a Change & Enablement Specialist
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in change management, internal communications, or technology adoption, with 3-4+ years leading enterprise technology platform adoption
- Proven experience running change and communication campaigns for technical audiences
- Strong technical literacy with Azure and/or AWS and the ability to explain AI concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in defining documentation standards and content governance for technical documentation
- Data-driven approach to adoption with experience in defining KPIs and feedback loops
