Change Management Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Change Management Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives across complex programs and projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation
- Engage and influence executive sponsors and stakeholders to build alignment and drive successful change outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop communication and engagement strategies to support project objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management or business transformation
- Proven experience in supporting large-scale transformation or technology implementation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter
- Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
