Change Management Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of organizational transformation initiatives across financial services construction projects, the full-time Change Management Manager will lead the development and execution of change management strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and user adoption in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans across multiple workstreams
• Engage and influence executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful change outcomes
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop communication and engagement strategies to support project objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or program management
• Experience with construction project management programs, preferably in financial services client facility construction
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation and technology implementation initiatives
• Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
