Change Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of change management strategies, the full-time Change Management Manager will support organizational transformation initiatives across financial services construction programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and initiatives to support transformation across multiple workstreams
• Engage with executive sponsors and stakeholders to build alignment and drive successful change outcomes
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness evaluations to ensure effective change management aligned with project objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or program management
• Experience with construction project management programs, particularly in financial services
• Proven ability to support large-scale transformation and business process improvement initiatives
• Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
