Change Management Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Change Management Manager, the full-time remote position will lead the development and execution of change management strategies for organizational transformation initiatives across financial services facility construction programs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Engage and influence executive sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders to align and drive successful change outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness evaluations to support project objectives and monitor adoption metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or program management
- Experience with construction project management programs, particularly in financial services facility construction
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation and technology implementation initiatives
- Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
