Change Management Manager

Job Summary

To support organizational change initiatives, the part-time Change Management Manager will manage internal communications and engagement strategies, ensuring employees are informed and engaged through various channels while collaborating on HR transformation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organizational change management playbook, including stakeholder mapping and adoption measurement
• Execute the global internal communications strategy, coordinating town halls and maintaining communication guidelines
• Support the change and communications plan for HR transformation, including stakeholder engagement and communications planning

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear and engaging communications
• Digital confidence to assess and optimize internal communication channels
• Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across functions and seniority levels
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities within a part-time schedule
