Change Management Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Change Management Program Manager to design and implement strategic change initiatives for autonomous vehicle roadside assistance, collaborating with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption and long-term sustainability of changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured change management strategies and conduct comprehensive assessments to measure readiness and impact
• Integrate change management plans into project delivery schedules and oversee communication and training efforts
• Partner with senior leaders to coach them as change sponsors and manage stakeholder engagement through Change Champion Networks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, with 2-3 years leading large-scale transformation programs
• Deep expertise in change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter
• Hands-on experience in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project management environments
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and change analytics tools
