Change Management Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Change Management Program Manager, the full-time position will lead and execute strategic change initiatives for autonomous vehicle roadside assistance, focusing on designing and implementing change management strategies while collaborating with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured change management strategies and conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure business readiness
• Integrate change management plans into project delivery schedules and oversee communications and training efforts
• Partner with senior leaders to coach them as effective change sponsors and resolve escalated change-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, with at least 2-3 years in leading large-scale enterprise transformations
• Deep expertise in change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter
• Hands-on experience with project management frameworks in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and change analytics tools
