Change Management Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end change management and internal communication initiatives, the contract Communications and Change Management Project Manager will work remotely to align cross-functional teams with corporate objectives and partner with senior leadership to enhance organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic communication programs in collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts
• Lead employee advisory groups to gather insights and present recommendations to executive leadership
• Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans, including stakeholder analyses and leadership presentations

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or corporate project management
• Proven track record in executing structured change management strategies in complex global environments
• Expertise in executive-level communication support and presentation design
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
