Change Management Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end change management for complex global transformation projects, the full-time salaried Change Management Senior Manager will develop strategies for technology implementations and organizational restructuring while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies for various transformation initiatives
• Facilitate alignment workshops and prepare executives for changes, ensuring effective communication and buy-in
• Conduct readiness assessments and develop training materials to support new operational models and AI adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
• Change management certifications such as PROSCI, APMG, or CMI are preferred
• Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale system implementations and AI initiatives
• Ability to design creative engagement campaigns that promote awareness and enthusiasm for change
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at senior leadership levels
