Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end development and implementation of Change Management focused Adoption Plans, the full-time Change Management Specialist will work in a hybrid environment to enhance digital product rollouts and legacy product sunsets, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and driving measurable adoption success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Change Management strategies for new and legacy digital products
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and readiness assessments to ensure integration of change strategies into Agile product lifecycles
• Collaborate with the Digital Adoption Team to delegate tasks related to strategic communications and training elements

Required qualifications

• Expertise in established change management methodologies and behavioral design principles
• Proven ability to manage multi-faceted adoption plans and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in diagnosing user friction and designing targeted behavioral interventions
• Strong skills in stakeholder facilitation and building trust across complex organizational structures
• Capability to translate high-level strategies into actionable change and communication roadmaps
