Job Summary
To support a significant organizational transformation in the life sciences sector, the remote Change Manager will lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and adoption throughout a 6-month contract assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies aligned with transformation objectives
- Conduct current-state assessments and collaborate with leadership to define future-state operating models
- Develop change adoption plans and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and support
Required qualifications
- Proven change management experience at a managerial level within complex, global organizations
- Expertise in designing and implementing transformation programs across people, process, and technology
- Strong understanding of organizational design and culture change
- Experience in creating current-state and future-state operating models
- Prosci certification preferred
