Change Manager

Job Summary

Supporting M&A integration activities, the full-time Change Manager will manage stakeholder analyses, develop change strategies, and facilitate training content in a remote contract position.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete stakeholder and impact analyses to inform change strategies
• Build and execute communication plans and facilitate change agent meetings
• Prepare readiness and adoption risk reports for executives and steering committees

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in integrations or M&A
• Experience supporting technology implementations and business transformations
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• SaaS/technology industry experience is a plus
• Certifications such as Prosci or CCMP are preferred
