Change Manager for Finance Transformation

Job Summary

Owning the change management strategy for a major finance transformation initiative, the full-time Change Manager for Finance Transformation will lead stakeholder assessments, develop communication plans, and drive adoption of new processes and systems in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organizational change management strategy and align it with program milestones
• Lead stakeholder and change impact assessments, translating design decisions into actionable changes for impacted teams
• Build and manage a change network to surface resistance and drive readiness across various departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience on strategic transformations
• Hands-on experience leading change for an ERP or finance transformation, preferably with Oracle Cloud or Salesforce
• Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex organizations
• Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), or equivalent change management certification preferred
