Change Order Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Change Order Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure the accurate processing of changes to patient plans of care while collaborating with other departments to enhance patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Change Order team members through training and feedback
• Manage daily workflows and monitor team performance to meet operational goals
• Handle escalated issues and analyze team metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of management experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
