Change Order Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Change Order Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage workflows, and ensure quality in processing changes to patient plans of care while coaching team members and resolving escalated issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Change Order team members through training and feedback
• Manage daily workflows and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of Change Order processes
• Monitor team performance and analyze metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of management experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
