Channel Enablement Manager
Job Summary
Designing and executing scalable enablement programs, the full-time remote Channel Enablement Manager will prepare Managed Service Provider partners to successfully position and sell Calix Managed Business solutions through structured training and certification initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement partner enablement onboarding programs to accelerate MSP partner readiness
- Build and scale training and certification programs across MSP partners for Calix solutions
- Track and report on enablement success metrics including certifications, readiness, and tool adoption
Required qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel programs in enterprise technology
- Proven track record of creating innovative partner enablement programs for MSPs
- Strong strategic planning and program leadership capabilities
- Relevant knowledge of WiFi, networking, and mobile apps
- Experience developing structured learning programs and enablement content
