Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing global partner business, the remote full-time Channel Operations Manager will manage the operational processes and data necessary for scaling reseller, distributor, and referral motions, while collaborating closely with the VP, Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global partner strategy into scalable processes and measurement for partner operations
• Build and operationalize partner measurement foundations, including reporting and dashboards
• Design and implement deal registration workflows and channel conflict resolution models

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or business operations, specifically in channel or partner operations
• Demonstrated experience in building partner reporting and attribution from an undefined state
• Working knowledge of deal registration design and channel conflict management
• Experience in a large-scale technology company is required
