Driving Channel Partner engagement and operational excellence, the remote full-time Channel Partner Operations Leader will manage budget planning, oversee team performance, and develop strategies to enhance partner success and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage budget and staffing needs to support ongoing Channel Operations and project initiatives
- Lead and develop Channel Partner Leadership to foster team member growth and achieve performance objectives
- Engage directly with Channel Partners to improve success, efficiency, and adoption of the bswift platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Benefits Administration
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with partner organizations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence clients and senior stakeholders
