Channel Programs Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the partner portal, the full-time Worldwide Channel Programs, Enablement & Portal Manager will ensure a seamless experience for partners while driving engagement initiatives and enhancing program enablement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the daily management of the partner portal, including content updates, user access, and partner support
• Design and implement engagement programs to drive partner adoption and participation in the portal
• Create enablement materials for both internal teams and external partners to facilitate understanding and usage of the partner program

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, or partner marketing, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting
• Hands-on experience administering a partner portal or PRM platform
• Proven ability to create and deliver effective enablement content for internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in running partner engagement initiatives and measuring their effectiveness
• Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
